Information we collect

You can browse without an account. At checkout, we collect your name, email, telephone number, delivery address, product selections, quantities, order reference and order status. We record the terms version accepted and payment references and statuses returned by our payment provider.

We receive the information you choose to send by email or telephone. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs. Please do not send sensitive health information or payment-card details in an enquiry.

How we use and share information

We use information to process orders, communicate with you, arrange delivery, respond to complaints, protect the website and meet legal obligations. We share necessary details with hosting, communication, payment and delivery providers for those purposes, or where the law requires disclosure.

Our checkout address form does not collect card numbers. When you continue to Airwallex’s hosted payment page, Airwallex processes payment information under its own privacy terms. We receive a payment reference and status so that we can verify the order. Website and provider processing may occur outside Australia. Contact us for information about providers and locations relevant to your order.

Order records and communications

Your order details and reference are stored on the website. Payment status is shown after verification with the payment provider. You do not need to email an order to complete online payment. If you contact us by email, your email provider also processes that message.

Cookies and saved baskets

An essential cookie containing a random identifier connects your browser with its basket and saved order requests. It lasts up to 30 days after the latest basket update. Blocking or clearing it may prevent access to those records from your browser.

Removing a basket item or clearing a browser cookie does not erase a separately saved request. This site has no Elaroo advertising trackers, marketing sign-up or customer-account registration.

A temporary identifier in browser session storage helps prevent duplicate submissions. It does not contain contact or payment details.

Retention and security

Unpaid orders without a payment session are retained for up to 90 days and removed during subsequent order activity. Expired baskets are removed during later basket activity. Payment-linked orders and records of accepted purchases are retained where needed to provide service, resolve a dispute or meet legal record-keeping duties.

We use encrypted website connections and restrict access to stored requests. Keep your browser and device secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and will respond to information-security incidents as required by applicable law.

Access, corrections and complaints

To request access, correction or deletion, email chiew@elaroo.shop or call +61 488 801 064. We may verify your identity and explain if a legal obligation prevents deletion. Describe any privacy complaint and the outcome you seek; we will investigate and respond.
